About: "USA Hockey’s Warrior Hockey Discipline is dedicated to injured and disabled U.S. military veterans who have served our country and play the sport of ice hockey. • USA Hockey Warrior National Championships

Eligibility:

• Honorable Discharge
• At least 10% VA Disability Rating
• All Purple Heart recipients are eligible regardless of disability rating
